A fifth generation Californian, Carole graduated from The Orme School in Mayer, AZ before attending Western Colorado University, where she earned a B.A. in Business Administration and History. From there she went on to earn professional licensure in Esthetics, as well as instructor certification in TaeKwonDo.

After stints in public policy and the beauty industry, she joined Sunstate Equipment Co, the sixth largest general construction equipment rental company in North America as the Executive Assistant to the President / CEO. Additionally, Carole was responsible for the creation and formation of the Sunstate Equipment Foundation, which she continues to oversee. The Foundation has a 40% companywide participation rate, and has granted over $685,000 to various charitable organizations across the company’s nationwide footprint in the first 3 years.

Carole lives in Phoenix with her significant other and their two dogs. When not working, she enjoys paddling on the Salt River, hiking, and travelling with friends and family.
